David brings over 17 years of real estate expertise to Good Stay Investments, with a proven track record in property investment, management, and brokerage. As the Founder of Good Stay Investments (2024–present), David has built a company that delivers luxury and consistency in short-term rentals by overseeing all aspects of the process—acquisition, design, remodeling, operations, marketing, and maintenance. His hands-on approach ensures high-quality guest experiences and strong returns for investors, addressing market gaps in short-term rental reliability and traditional property management efficiency.

Since 2015, David has served as the Broker-Owner of Rise Utah Realty & Property Management, leading a team that assists clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. His deep market knowledge and client-focused strategy have established a reputation for delivering results. Additionally, as Property Manager at Edgecreek (2008–present), David manages 1,000 tenants across student housing in Utah and Idaho, demonstrating his ability to handle large-scale operations with precision.

David’s real estate career began in 2007 as an Account Executive at Wachovia Bank (formerly World Savings), where he consistently ranked among top performers in loan sales. His educational background includes a Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, providing a strong foundation for strategic and financial decision-making.
