How does payment and security deposit work?
You’ll pay for your stay securely at checkout. While most of our homes do not have a security deposit, according to our TERMS, you are responsible for any damage incurred during the stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each home has a clearly labeled cancellation window. Many stays offer full refunds up to 7–14 days before arrival, and partial refunds beyond that. You’ll see the exact policy before you confirm your booking.
Can I bring kids or pets?
Absolutely—just look for the “Family-friendly” and “Pet-friendly” tags on each listing. Many homes include cribs, high chairs, games, and fenced yards. Pet-friendly homes may have a small additional cleaning fee.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
You’ll receive a direct phone number and text line for your local host partner. Most issues (like extra towels, Wi‑Fi help, or a missing item) are resolved within a few hours.
